We recently got Opsgenie and we are trying to integrate it with our ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus software that we use for helpdesk ticketing. We have followed all the instructions with setting a webhook and trigger. Tested it by putting in a helpdesk ticket that met the requirements and it is not generating an alert within Opsgenie. Maybe I am missing something. Any help provided would be great.

May I further confirm with you if the data payload sent from your ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus side matches the same or similar structure as mentioned in the instruction?
