Does SMS notification support Vietnam number in Free plan?

As I saw in pricing, Opsgenie supports to 100 international SMS in Free plan but cannot verify my Vietnam phone number. The verification code never reach to my phone. 
May someone help to confirm?

You should try out another phone number and see if it works for you. Using a temporary phone number could be a solution actually. There are many options available to choose from the various country codes

So, using it as a contact method for SMS notifications shouldn't be an issue. However, if there's still an issue, we could investigate further. Please raise a support ticket here and we'll take it up from there.

As I understand, you're not receiving a verification code for your device registered as a Vietnam number, right? Please let me know if my understanding is correct.

Your understanding is correct. SMS notifications are supported for Vietnam numbers both during and after the trial period. You can find more details here.

In order to check this further, would you mind creating a ticket with us here.
Please share your mobile number with us on the ticket and we'll have this investigated with our service provider to resolve the verification issue for you :)
