How can i link Status time gadget with rich filter to interact to statistical filter? is it possible? what are the other options to achieve this?

At this time, that level of customization isn't possible with the pre-built views in Analytics Reporting on Opsgenie. However, what I recommend to when it comes to customization is that you download the data from the Reports view, and use a more flexible Analytics tool to manipulate that data. This would also likely allow you to add in that Status time tool you mentioned to add to the data. We do also have a Feature Request here for allowing customized views https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-325.
