Incidents that created on JSM is not showing on Opsgenie Incidents. How can i integrate the JSM incidents to Opsgenie for creating a postmortem report?
@Okan Zengin, you can also consider incident.io as an alternative solution. It integrates seamlessly with Jira, automatically syncs incident data, and provides built-in postmortem functionality - all in one platform rather than trying to connect multiple tools. This would solve your current challenge while providing a more comprehensive incident management workflow and partnering with JSM to provide a thorough, end-to-end solution, including Slack and Teams integration.

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community. In the current build using JSM/JSM cloud integration an incident created on JSM can only create an alert on Opsgenie. In order to create an incident from the alert created, you will need to create incident rules which would match the alerts created on Opsgenie by the incident on JSM and will then create an incident on Opsgenie.
We do have an open feature request for the use-case you are looking into. I would recommend you to vote/comment on the feature request. You can use the following link for tracking the same,
