Once the owner team in Services is configured, how can you edit/change the owner team?

I configured the owner team in services but would like to create a hierarchy. For example, I created a Network Service for the Network Team. The Network team owner is the Network Service. 

I now have an Infrastructure Team and I want the Infrastructure Team to be the owner of the Network Service and other Services to create a hiearchy. Does this make sense/

However once I created the owner, it does not look like a am able to edit the owner. I am an admin.

As far as I know you need to be an owner to do those adjustments. Change your role from admin to owner (or let one of the owners do that for you).
