I have a new production Jira cloud site with OpsGenie. Each time I try to run the OpsGenie integration to Jira Cloud I'm prompted to install the application in Jira cloud. I then get a message that the application is already installed. The process simply repeats.
On-Call project links will take you to OpsGenie from the production site but nothing else links up.
I have two burner sites that have their own OpsGenie instance, and they work flawlessly.
What is the disconnect with production site?

Sounds like there is a specific issue with your Opsgenie <-> Jira connection. Could you please submit a support ticket so we can fix this for you?
