The Opsgenie home page displays this message: "Empower your teams to natively work on alerts and on-call in Jira Service Management, so they don’t switch to Opsgenie every time"
I have a few questions:
@Silvia Llumiquinga
Opsgenie is now a part of JSM and the services, Teams, alerts are all apart of JSM natively.
If you are using Standalone Opsgenie that can still be used. You can still have Opsgenie plugged into JSM but Opsgenie is now a part of it and the merged or consolidated version has some differences than Opsgenie Standalone.
Now you can find those different parts of Opsgenie in different parts of JSM. Team's is now where you can find the service integrations and alerts and syncs.
It's actually very nice.
I will do a Loom video and post it here to give you a tour.
Hi, @Silvia Llumiquinga. In addition to what @Aaron Geister _Trundl_ suggests, you may be interested in registering for this ITSM/ESM Masters Atlassian Community Events meetup:
Even if the day/time is not convenient for you, register anyway. We'll share a link of the recorded meeting with anyone who registers whether or not they attend.
