HI Guys,

we have a twice a day notification that sends out a weather forecast to our field workers.

Is there a way to 1) auto close the notification after it has been sent and  2) not to escalate the alert.

For 2) you should be able to modify your escalation policy in such a way that all it does is send to the first schedule, and thats it.  After that for 1) the team can set up a Notification Policy to auto-close an alert after 1 minute.
