I'm trying to create an OpsGenie alert when a service ticket is created by a specific user (Reporter). However, regardless of whether I use the name of the user or the email address, the alert never fires off. Using other data elements works but I can't figure out how to get the Reporter. I saw some information about regex and was wondering if I needed to do something with that.
Hi @Bill Sklar ,
Can you tell me which integration this is for? I think a couple of screenshots of the issue could also be helpful.

Hi @Bill Sklar ,
This worked for me with the following configuration:
The reporter will the first and last name of the user in JSM. You will want to use Equals in the filter unless you are planning to use a regex pattern to match for a group of users.
