Custom Value to Opsgenie priority with Azure Sample alert payload

Trying to use Opsgenie's 'Custom Value to Opsgenie priority' option with value P{{severity.substring(2,3)}} to mapping the severity field received from the Azure Common alert schema without success.

Could you reach out to Opsgenie support via support.atlassian.com?

Sounds like you have the right approach, but if you submit a ticket with us then we can access your account and take a look at the logs to understand why the priority mapping isn't working as expected!
