Trying to use Opsgenie's 'Custom Value to Opsgenie priority' option with value P{{severity.substring(2,3)}} to mapping the severity field received from the Azure Common alert schema without success.
Any resolution to this? I would also like to implement the same.

Sounds like you have the right approach, but if you submit a ticket with us then we can access your account and take a look at the logs to understand why the priority mapping isn't working as expected!
