Hi,
In our organization, we create many post-mortem reports.
I would like to create many incidents so I can generate the post-mortem forms BUT without alerting everyone in the organization. Let's say I would like to disable the notifications for 1hour. How can I do it?
I read about maintenance mode and policies but it seems a bit complicated.
Can you explain to me in an easy manner how I can do this?
Thanks
Hi @Wojtek Szczerbinski ,
Since incidents create alerts with an 'incident-alert-type' of either 'Responder' or 'Owner', we can use a global policy to that filters for only those alerts and then remove the responders so no notifications are sent out. It will looks like this:
Keep in mind that if you are using Stakeholders (only available on Enterprise plans) those notifications go out directly from the incident, so there is no way to stop them.
