I am following up an an alert that was missed. As far as I can tell the notification went out, however when I checked the logs an odd line is coming up.
Pretty much what does this alert mean?
Rule[New Alert][Create] -> Received [email] notification on [XXX@YYY.ZZZ], EmailStatus: opened
This is the legacy JSM/Opsgenie integration.
There are no updates on the tickets during these times that can explain the message.
Edit, forgot the Opsgenie log, which doesn't help much:
Hi Chris,
That log in the logs is just indicating that the user has opened the email. There are 3 logs for each email that is sent out:
1. Submitted to provider
2. EmailStatus: delivered
3. EmailStatus: opened
