Domain is already claimed

Hello,

We want to verify the domain  but it has been claimed by a different department in the org (We don't know which department though) 

What can we exactly do?

Welcome to the community.  You should contact your site admins for assistance first since you stated another dept claimed the domain in your org.  If they cannot assist you, then you will need to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for assistance on your ask.
