We can't change our admin as the only admin has left the company. CAn I please be changed from member to admin
Just to confirm that there are no other users in your org listed as site admins? If no, then I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance.
By default, one would work one's site admins team to get a user to be a member of the site admins once the team approves the ask.
