Could you please tell me how to reach Atlassian's support team? I have sent the request to the support page but no one has answered.
I got no notification of warning about the suspension because the credit has expired, and now our site is suspended. I cannot find any place to redo the payment or continue with the re-subscription, only the annual payment option, but my company does not refer to the annual option.
Can we call Atlassian's Suppor team directly for help? There are many tickets that the product team need to work on and now they can not be opened.
