Are We Able To Disable Users From Requesting Access Through The Site?

I have enabled the feature "Only Invited Users Can Join" but I still do not want users to be able to send an email requesting access. Is this possible?

Hi Darlene,

Currently, it's not possible to disable this feature. Also, the option to request access is only available for internal users to request access for products that they don't have access to.

Update from the feature request linked above, to make it easier: Apparently it's under development/testing, and can be enabled through support. Official release planned for ~april.

We've built a setting to turn off all Access Requests https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-7692

It's currently in Beta and needs to be enabled via a Support Request.

Full roll out of this feature will be delayed until ~April, as we're waiting on some additional UI work to be completed in a few products.

Renato, does that setting disable *all* access requests?

It appears to block invites, but does not prevent users from requesting access for themselves.

Hey Andrew, I guess you're correct on the interpretation. I thought it blocked all, but from the description it blocks only existing users requesting access for new users.
