Identify Bugs and classify them

would it be possible to use rovo or any other tool to analyze the description, Steps to Reproduce, Root Cause, etc of the Bugs and classify them by selecting an option in a custom field? The idea is to use all the information within a Bug, so that it can be classified in a custom field with a list of options.

I'd say something like that could be possible. You could try using Rovo agents in automation where agent could have an action that would update custom field that you've mentioned. More on Rovo agent actions here.

I didn't specifically test this, but in theory, this should be possible.

@Tomislav Tobijas thanks for the response. The only actions available in Rovo to edit a work item is to update the summary or description.

I've tried doing a combination of Rovo and automation and it didn't work.

Ah... shame :/

I've quickly scanned JAC for open suggestions related to this, but couldn't find anything relevant.

I'm also going to move this to Rovo app group so experts there can maybe offer some additional insights or potential workarounds.
