Maybe this will also helps?

Depends on where you based in you can also find a Atlassian Vendor who might give you the training with a man/day fee.

Check out the Atlassian University page. All of the certifications are for a product, and there are Server and Cloud related questions in all of them. ACP-400 is the Service Desk certificate.
