Automating, it doesn't check / repeat multiple times per description

so I have, for example a card with the description "[1B] EXAMPLE1 [1B] EXAMPLE2 [1P] EXAMPLE3"

when the description of a card contains "{*}Event{*}[1{*}] {* }", find a card titled "1st {wildcard3}{*}", and check item "{*}{wildcard4}{*}"when the description of a card contains "{*}Event{*}[1{*}] {* }", find a card titled "1st {wildcard3}{*}", and check item "{*}{wildcard4}{*}"

it only does one of them, is there a way to do multiple of them / repeat it?
