I have a group of checklists that are automatically added to every new card that I add to my board. Each individual checklist has a number of items ranging from 3 to 12, with a total of 80 items when all checklists are combined on one card.
I would like to add items to a few of these checklists, but I have noticed that once the total items exceed 80, our automations begin to fail.
When I research this problem, one of the suggestions is to "consider splitting your long checklist into multiple smaller checklists" but mine already are small individual checklists pulled together, and I still have the automation issue.
Does anyone know of a solution for this problem?
Hey @Bethany Allen - welcome to the Community!
It sounds like you're running into an automation limit built to protect Trello's systems. I would recommend not having as many checklist items on one card if possible to prevent this from occurring.
That makes sense. Thanks, Alex!
