Hello all,
I have a free account on Trello and I have programmed only a few automations, mostly scheduled ones.
I always reach my quota pretty early in the month so I took a look in the activity log, and I see a bunch of "empty" automation runs that I don't understand :
It doesn't seem to do anything and I have no idea what triggered them, does moving a card from one list to another count as an automation ?!
I do have a rule for removing the purple "pending" label from a card when it is moved to the "done" list, but most cards don't have this "pending" label. Does it still trigger the automation ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Lisa
Scheduled automations run on schedule. So if you have a scheduled automation to run every day, but the conditions set means no actions happen, it will wtill consume 1 automation run every day.
For automation rules, they only trigger when the conditions of the rule is met so you if in your example, cards don't have a purple "pending" label, the automation won't trigger.
You can get more information about which automations are running stuff by clicking here for each automation.
Thank you for your help !
