Checklist item due date automation

I would like to create an automation to move advanced checklist items 'with due dates' that are 'overdue', to 'due today' to prevent them from falling off the face of the earth on my calendar! I believe this is not possible but thought I'd reach out and see if anyone has managed to achieve this.

Indeed, at the moment, there isn't a trigger for items due dates that are overdue or due today. 

But you aren't alone in wanting this, and we do have a suggestion request for this kind of feature that you can check here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-529
