Is Butler automation case sensitive?

When using Butler (integrated into Trello, not Butler Bot), are the names of card titles, lists, labels, and boards case sensitive? For example, if I capitalize "Done" in the list name and I have a rule that says "when a card is added to list "done", join the card", will the rule still be triggered? Is it case-sensitive for some names but not others?

Welcome to the Community! I can confirm that custom field variables created by Butler are case sensitive and are advised to be capitalised.
