Is it possible to remove the notification / alert from all the cards in one column?

Like a mark as read button for the whole column.

Looks like you have 2 questions, one as the subject and one as the contents.

1) Is it possible to automatically assign cards with specific labels to a specific column?

• Yes, but only using a third party tool.  I recommend using Butlerbot.

• To add custom automation using Butlerbot, follow these steps:

  1) Add Butlerbot to your board here: https://www.butlerfortrello.com/dashboard.html
  -- A new list will be created titled "Butler"
  2) Add a new card to the Butler list, using the following text (you'll need 2 cards, there's 2) commands below, choose which is best))

  • For each card in list "listname", add the green label to the card (This will add a green label to each existing card in the list)
  • For each card in list "listname",  add the green "labelname" label to the card (This will add a green label with a specific name to each existing card on the list)
  • When a card is added to list "listname", add the green label to the card (this will add the green label to any new cards in that list)
  • When a card is added to list "listname", add the green "labelname" label to the card (This will add a green label with a specific name to any new cards in that list)

2) It's not possible to remove alerts/notifications specific by list.
