Hi
I am looking for the solution how do i automate, create (free of charge, no paid plug ins)
a mirrored list with cards.
MY Board Boss Board
List "Faulty Sites" List "Faulty Sites"
Card A Card A
Card B Card B
So what ever is added/ removed on the List "Faulty Sites" on "My Board"
will be visible added/removed on list "Faulty Sites" on "Boss Board"
So kind of like a mirror of My Board on Boss Board, it could be just a "attachment" link, but what's is more important to be accurate so he could see
" Ok we having 3 faulty sites currenlty "
I need mirror 2 cards like that.
My boss wan't to see everything on one his board, but I want to have my own board so I am trying to find a solution.
Thanks in advance
@KlaudiaCiok you'll struggle to find a free solution to create a true mirror of cards across different boards.
You could automatically copy cards and changes made to cards using Butler automation, but it won't be a true 2-way sync of cards.
For example, you could:
1. Automatically copy any card added to list "Faulty Sites" and add it to the matching list on your boss's board
2. Automatically archive the copy card when you archive a card
3. Automatically change the due date when you set/move it on your board
etc....
You would need to create a separate automation for each change you would like to automate, so it can get a bit fiddly.
Happy to share more info if you think the butler automation route might work for your use-case.
Hi Hannah,
What I would like to achive would be
1) If New Card will be Moved/Added to FAULTY SITES (My Board)
2) Show this on Boss Board (Coppy this card and link it)
3) If the card will be moved out (not deleted) - archive the card on Boss Board or Move to List FIXED ISSUES
So he will only see what's currently is FAULTY
do you think is possible?
