Missing Managed Users after invite

Hi,

I'm inviting users into our atlassian suits via Products > Sites >Invite Users. However after invitation and verification they're not showing up in Directory > Managed Accounts. This has never been an issue before today and I can't even add them to any of our Authentication Policies because they're not registered as Managed Accounts. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

Hi @Erika.Salmon - this sounds like an Access issue, not a Trello issue. Can you raise this in the Access forum instead?
