I want to use Trello to work with several different "one time " customer every week.. To managesmall project so we don't get lost
those customer will access the board for a day, hours, 2 days...The time I finished their project (always short in time)
I want to keep those boards as the info is valuable to me for other contract with other new customers. (my own Knowledge base)
If I subscribe to Trello to get unlimited board (keep the old ones I do not use but keep them in case I need some info from them), if I want " one time customer " to collaborate with me, on their board, for hours, 1-2-3 days,
DO THEY NEED TO ALSO PAY ?
IF YES, is the only way for me to not pay for them is to give them a PUBLIC access in READ ACCESS MODE only ?
Hi @jfbourdeau
Welcome to the Atlassian Communtiy.
If you only need to give one-time access to different people, you can invite them as free guests to your Board.
For your questions about subscribing to Trello, check out this support article on Board Guests in Trello https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/board-guests/
I hope this helps,
Michael
Tks Michael !! Much appreciated...
* I can subscribed to get unlimited Boards
* I can keep them all (archives)
* as long as each customer only access to one board (their's - their project) I am ok
you helped me a lot tks !!!
