Can I automatically add a label to a request from my Help Center?

Hi,

This is the workflow I'm looking for:

  1. User submits a request in Help Center
  2. A card is created to Service project
  3. a clone is created in the product project (automation done) 
    • I want THIS CARD to have a label like for example "Coming from help center"

The idea is that I can track all the requests from the service project within the product project.

If you're using Jira Service Management, you could use an Automation rule for this - you can read more about Automation here:
