I'm curious to know if there is a way to link information/metadata from a card directly to an email notification set up during automation. Example:
We are an IT Partner and have multiple clients whose certificates we manage. I'm looking into using Trello for tracking those renewals on a single board by titling the card according to client name & certificate being renewed, and then include due dates & specific necessary data in the Card description. In order for this to be a feasible long term solution, I'd like to set up an automation for the certificate renewal board, where an email notification goes out 10 days before the card due date to notify board members of the upcoming certificate renewal. I'd like to be able to enable this (similar to Microsoft flows capability) to pull the following data from the cards directly.
Subject: TIME SENSITIVE: Certificate Renewal Due - [Card Title]
Body:
There is a certificate due for renewal in 2 weeks - [Card Title]
[Card Description]
For more details, please see [Card Link] in the Certificate Renewal Board.
Does anybody know if this is possible? Thank you in advance!
