Hey everyone!
I have been using an automation on my Trello board to move all cards due today to the top of a list that I have called "Tasks Due Today". This worked fine and would populate the "Tasks Due Today" until yesterday when cards no longer appear in that list. The system logs them as being in the "Tasks Due Today" when I reference the card by finding it in my notifications, and the log says that Automation moved the card into the "Tasks Due Today" list, but when I view the actual list the card isn't there.
I thought this might have been due to using the Beta version but I turned that off and the issue is still happening. Any ideas on what might be happening here?
Thanks!
Manny of my suggestions are based off of my understanding that the notifications area is showing the cards a currently in a list, but them not displaying. I'm assuming by "disappearing" you mean that you can't find them at all, correct?
What happens if you try searching for the card using an advanced search?
What happens if you navigate to the card's link? You could grab it off of a card before the automation runs.
What happens when you click on the card in the notification area?
Possible issues off of the top of my head:
Let me know what you find out!
Thanks for weighing in to help out! So this is the weird part because when I click on the card in notifications it expands out as a normal card and it says that its location is "Tasks Due Today". If I move it to another list it appears in that list, so clearly the card must exist. Similarly, if I move it to another list and then back into the "Tasks Due Today" list it appears in the "Tasks Due Today" list as expected. I don't have any filters on, haven't edited the board (or its name), and I'm definitely looking at the right board. It also does it with my Trello phone app, but I can try clearing my browser's cache and perhaps that will work?
Thanks again for trying to help!

Marking this as solved because I discovered my error - I had renamed a list but never renamed the corresponding automation!
