I've read the Data and Encryption Policies of Trello, however I still have a question.

What about the data of the users, who are not Enterprise or other business customers?

The data encryption in transit and at rest relate to free (non-business) user?

You are correct. All of our security practices apply to each of our offerings so there isn't anything that will change between free and paid accounts.
