How can I identify who is the Super Admin of our Workspace and Company?

We couldn´t identify who is the admin of our Jira Workspace, neither Confluence or Atlas.

We need to reset the login.

Hi @André Grell and welcome to the community,

As long as the form has been setup and enabled by the admin, you can find the links here for jira and confluence cloud:

https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/jira/contact-administrator

https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/wiki/contactadministrators.action

If however your accounts as provisioned by Entra ID or another idp, then you have to follow the instructions provided by your IT (and will have nothing to do with Jira).

Unfortunately we did not succeed in finding the super admin and as we don´t have many information yet, we decided to open a new account from the begining to avoid future problems about this subject.
