How do I activate two factor authentication without a password?

When I log into Trello or Atlassian I use the the continue with google instead of using a email and password but that means that there is no actual password for me to put in when trying to activate two factor authentication. 

Not sure what to do anyway around this would be great as I would prefer having it active.

Hm, that seems strange Nathaniel. I'll make sure we take a closer look into this, but for now you should be able to generate a new password from here: https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword

Give that a try and that should help you get 2FA enabled.
