Hello, I have a board that I'm emailing, texting, and sharing to from other apps to create cards on a list.
I have 5 lists on that board.
How do I make the new cards automatically populate with my template checklist items.
Also, is there an automation that will automatically reply to whomever sent me an email or text that created the card when ever i moved the card to another list in the board?
I see how to manually add the checklist to each new card, but I want to automate that process.
I don't see where the email or text source is shown on newly submitted cards.
Hi,
You can use Hipporello to enable your external users and customers to create cards on your board externally. You can use Hipporello automation rules to automatically send an email when the card created, or send a resolved email when the card is archived, etc.
- You can embed hipporello forms to any static website easily
- your customers can submit their requests through service desk portal
- they can directly send an email to Hipporello's email-to-board address and Hipporello creates a card
- You can forward messages received from your sales@, jobs@ to Hipporello's email-to-board address and Hipporello creates a Trello card
Basically, Hipporello connects your customers and employees to your support, IT & business teams by creating Trello cards via online forms and inbound emails. It turns your board into an easy to use service desk

@Will Foster If you want to populate new cards with Checklists you can use Butler, something like this:
If you want to reply to emails from the cards, you might like my product BenkoDesk:
If you're in Australia, you could also use my product BenkoPhone which provides fully virtualised mobile numbers for voice/txt and MMS integrated into Trello:
