With the recent changes to the notifications, the interface is really busy and the notifications are not very useful. Nonetheless, the "red alarm" is quite distracting. Other than manually "unwatching" every single card, is there some way to turn off this functionality? We manage our workflow well enough that we don't need Trello to tell us when something's due or has been changed.
Right now it's not possible to disable in-app notifications, but I can let my team know you'd be interested in that. You can set email notifications to "never" though so that they don't make it to your inbox. Moreover, with the new notifications, you should be able to mark them all as read.
Cheers,
Marta
I think you can red this blog post and then maybe you would set up your notifications only on important events
http://www.looksgoodworkswell.com/understanding-notifications-in-trello/
and also check that doc from Trello
