This is a community forum and can't help directly with Billing issues. Were you charged twice or charged double? It may be that you have more workspace members or multi-board guests in your account than you expect. Check out this document:

If that doesn't help, unfortunately you'll have to wrestle Atlassian Support to raise a ticket...
Despite Atlassian's campaign to "End Bad Service Management Now with Jira ...",
If I was looking at ITSM solutions, the first thing I'd do is judge Jira Service management by how badly it has been implemented by Atlassian for their own products.
It's even worse when it comes to Trello, which isn't even listed in a lot of the options on the support portal, a real sign of the disregard Atlassian has for Trello...

Fill out your details and select Payments then Request a refund
Ignore the field to Provide the related URL, SEN, EN or invoice number. Thats not relevant for Trello
Once you submit, the good news is that the support team who receive the tickets are excellent and will definitely be able to help you
