Is there a way to notify everyone on a card when it's moved to another list?

We have lists for each stage in our workflow and would like to notify everyone following a specific card whenever that card is moved through each list.  I can't find anything online about how to do this so not sure if I'm using the wrong terminology or it's not possible.  If it is possible, I'd love to know how.

By "list" do you mean Status (as defined in the workflow)? By "card" I assume you mean the issue type/ticket. If so, then if "everyone" are added as watchers for an issue they should automatically receive an email whenever there is an update to the issue.

For example, go to an issue type and locate the watchers icon on the right pane. Click on it to see if "everyone" you need are listed. If not, add them, make a minor change and see if one if them gets an email notification.
