JIRA Power-up Setup Configuration

Hi There,

I used the JIRA Power-up successfully on another trello board, where I got to configure the Jira project and component. Then JIRA updates automatically flow into my trello board.

Now when I add to another trello board, it just offers to connect and I don't see where I can configure the project/component. Also my colleagues are experiencing the same on their boards.

Please advise if something we are missing (most likely)

This is MK here on behalf of Atlassian Community Nairobi and we would like to answer your question.

Apparently Jira powerup connects/syncs to a single board (A board is the same as a project in Jira thus a one to one relationship, same as issues on Jira connects to a card). 

That said the problem might be your configuration on Jira whereby your new board is trying to use an already connected Jira URL from your previous project to the new board.

To resolve this you can create a new Jira Project on a new tab and connect with your new Trello board.
