Migrate Trello cards to Jira (Cloud)

As per question, please advise easiest way to migrate. Both environments in cloud.

I tried external system import but nothing imported.

In first place welcome to this community :)

 

In the first place, you need to export your Trello cards to CSV for this propose you can use this chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/export-for-trello/nhdelomnagopgaealggpgojkhcafhnin?hl=es 

After that, you need to import these cards to Jira Cloud you can follow this guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/importing-data-from-csv-776636762.html

Hi @ChatHong,

 

No problem with that you can open the xlsx file with excel and go to file -> save as -> explore and when you are there you can change the type to CSV:
