We are a large organization, we have a portion of our team who established paid for accounts - many have left our organization over time including the one who managed the account.
The individual who now holds the credit card on file is unable to get any assistance as she doesn't have a log in to Trello (can't find a way to get customer service by other means) - any advice in how to fully cancel accounts without having access to the accounts?
Hi @Colette Weckenborg ,Welcome to community !
If I understand correctly, your organization still has a paid subscription for Trello, and you need help with either canceling it or deactivating user accounts. Could you please clarify if your request is more about canceling the paid plan or deactivating user accounts?
Please don't worry; I'm here to assist you further. I just want to ensure I fully understand your request before proceeding.
I will look out for your reply!
Thank you!
We are interested in cancelling the paid plans for the folks as a cost savings effort. Through changes in the team it is not being utilized as it once did but if possible that they can maintain their access that would be great.

Hi @Colette Weckenborg ,Got it, thank you for clarifying.
I can definitely help you with this. We can cancel the subscription, but we'll need to verify certain details before doing so. I'm going to raise a ticket so we can communicate over it. Due to privacy concerns, I'm not asking for those details here.
After canceling the paid plan, users can still use the free version of Trello, so there are no issues on that part.
You will receive an email shortly from my end, and I will ask for further information there.
Thank you!
