I want to integrate my trello to Jira but did not find a solution, do I have to pay for this integration?
Hi, welcome to Community!
You can absolutely integrate Jira with Trello. On the Trello side of things, this will use a Power Up - free boards let you enable one Power Up per board. If you want to enable additional Power Ups in Trello besides just the Jira Power Up, that's where you'll run in additional cost. But it's completely free on the Jira side and you can use it for free in Trello even on a free Trello account if you don't mind just having the one Power Up on your Trello board.
The instructions for setting this up in Trello are here.
If you're connecting to a Jira Server instance, you'll first need to install the free Trello Connector plugin on your Jira Server. If you're using Jira Cloud, Trello should handle setting up the Jira integration entirely when you put in your Jira Cloud URL.
Cheers,
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
Can we integrate/interface our data centre Jira on our server with a customer's Trello cloud instance?
We would like to just pull data from them. No status updates or other data to move from us to them.
If yes, what would be required in terms of power-ups, setup, etc?

Hey @Nicole Downes , thanks for reaching out! The info above is still accurate for Jira Server.
Do note that this is a bi-directional integration. The Trello cards linked to Jira issues will show the current status of the Jira issue. We don't offer a one-directional integration.
For ease of setup, here's how to do it step-by-step:
If that's not what you're after and indeed need a Trello -> Jira sync only (one directional), you could have a look at the Trello Sync for Jira plugin offered by Deviniti on the Atlassian Marketplace.
Cheers,
Daniel

Thanks Daniel. Very helpful indeed.
Given we cannot restrict the flow of information, could a service account be setup on both applications to serve as our user?
