Jira Power-Up : "Error while validating tenant and addon enabled"

I'm currently trying to connect our Trello Board to our Jira instance, so we can create issues based on cards. But every time I try to connect to my Jira Cloud instance via the url, i get the error message "Error while validating tenant and addon enabled".
I already tried to remove and add the Power-Up but this didn't do anything.

I've read that some people have the same problem, but I couldn't find a solution or explanation for this.
