I used to have functionality where I could post a Jira link into a card and it would convert the card to a link card and I could see Jira issue details automatically.
This functionality quit working at some point yesterday. Converting cards manually (right-click and select convert) is no longer an option and I have checked to see that my Jira account is still connected.
The real kicker is that when I first save the card, I can see it convert for a couple seconds, then it reverts to just a card with a link at the top.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Do non-Jira links work and are you including the 'https://' with the url?

Yes non-Jira links appear to be working and yes I have the https in there.
As an example, on one single board I have both old cards from when they were still converting, and new cards that will not convert, other than the millisecond where it appears to convert before it reverts back again.

What happens when you click the atlassian switcher (the 9 dot icon on the upper left)? Do you happen to see a "not logged in" empty state?

Hi Lindsey, could you create a support ticket https://trello.com/en-US/contact#/ and provide screenshots and more details within the support ticket?
