I am trying to automate my checklists using Butler in order to align with our process.
Ultimate goal:
Then, process number 2 would be to move the cards in the checklist to the "To do" list as items are completed. For example, when checklist item #1 is completed, move item #2 to "To do" and set due date to 3 days from today.
I've gotten the cards to create the checklist items, convert to card in tasks, and set status, but cannot get the account name to copy over and cannot figure out how to move the next checklist item.
Note: checklists will be the same for all parent cards, so the names can be combined with Account Name + Checklist item or the custom field can be the identifier.
@Keary Norcio for the renaming bit, you can do it in 2 stages:
1) Convert all cards in a checklist to linked items in list "Rename Subtasks"
2) When a card is created in list "Rename Subtasks" lookup the first card linked in the attachments and rename the card to "{{%Account Name}} - {triggercardname}" and move the card to the top of list "Backlog"
just move your "Rename Subtasks" list over to the right out of the way.
As for the bit about moving cards when you check items:
Is there any way to take the Account Name from the trigger card and insert it into the Account Name field in the new card created from the checklist?
For the moving of cards, how would it know which checklist item to move? The checklist is about 10 items that move in sequential order.

Or alternatively, can I take the trigger card name and insert it into the account name field on the checklist item card?
