All the names (Atlassian, Trello, and Jira to name a few) are confusing and I don't know what the difference between them all are. I thought Trello was project management software but somehow I created a Jira account. I don't get it. Do you have any learning videos to make this more user friendly?

Trello is a "board" based tracker :)
Jira is issue based tracker. (I mean was developed early). Of course, it has boards.
