automaton that adds card "Add more"

How do I make a rule automaton in Trello that when a new list is made adds "Add more" card to that list? I've been trying my hardest, but I'm just being thrown in around in circles by searching it up.

Edit: the Trigger is at the bottom of the Card Move tab of triggers, in case you're not sure where it is. I was initially trying to find a Lists tab, but for whatever reason they bundle it together with Card Move.
