I have templates for task, bug and improvement issue types, but suddenly when I click on “Create” button the template for bug and improvement issues is not autofilling anymore.
@Ana Beatriz Augusto are you using Jira Cloud or Server/DC? Team managed project or Company managed project? How did you setup the autofilling feature?
I'm using Jira Cloud and it's managed by the company that I work for. I did the setup by accessing Project settings > Apps > Issue Templates and then created 3 templates. The auto filling was working as expected a few days ago...

This is not Deviniti app as they are not working on the native create issue screen. This looks like this app or... or own Issue Templates Agent. Please check the vendor and contact corresponding support :)
