Trouble: can't get notifications

Hello all,

hope you can help, I think it's quite simple,... and yet...

I can't get notifications:

- parameters in my profil are on "always send"

- I subsribe to board, lists and cards

- I had me to the card

- I try to change due date, move the card from list, add a comment with @MEbut still no notifications in the bell icon, no email sended.

Somebody see what I forgot?

I've just make the test another time, I put more than 24 hours, but when the due date became yellow (less than 24 ours, No notification (not on the phone, not on e-mail and not in the bell icon). Notifications need business class?

yes, I understand, my tests have no sense, but even the due dates notifications do not work.

I must do something wrong, but I can't find.

Maybe I can try to get notifications with the hangout power-up.

For your Due Date test, are you testing 24+ hours out?

Example: It's 11:15am on 3/22.  A due date needs to be set for at least 11:16am on 3/23.

Notifications are only triggered for actions taken by other users on a board that you're subscribed to (with the exception of Due dates, these notifications trigger 24 hours before a time due on a card).

Are you expecting notifications for actions you're taking? Or are other users taking action that should trigger a notification but aren't (moving a card, changing a due date, tagging you,etc)?
