Hello fellow Trello enthusiasts,
We use the boards to schedule appointments for three users, all with the same skill sets.
When scheduling currently, I have to look through each board to find the first opened appointment time to offer to the customer on the phone.
Is there a way to filter on the calendar to have it automatically show me which board has the first opening, and what is the time/date of the first opening (preferably excluding Saturdays/Sundays and time frames outside of our normal hours)?
Maybe this feature is not available yet. Hoping someone else has found a way around this conundrum.
Thank you in advance, hive mind!
Hi Julia,
Have you seen the Workspace Calendar? It will allow you to view all three boards in the same calendar and filter the cards down as needed so you don't need to flip back and forth between boards.
Oh, neat!
I do not have a Premium membership.
May have to try to budget that in for next year.
