We are a company based in Europe and the recipient indicated on our invoice is a natural person. Please ensure that the recipient stated on the invoice is a company. Thanks.

I think, you should be able to correct this information yourself. Check out the documentation here.
You can add additional details to your invoices, such as a company name and address, on the Workspace’s Billing page.
Any details you add will be added to previous invoices as well.
You can re-download old invoices with the new address from the Billing history section on that same page.
